I am feeling... The current mood of froot_loops_killer@yahoo.com at www.imood.com

"Is "regenderize" even a word?"

Greetings and salutations.....

First of all, before I start, I would like to congradulate myself on using the word "simultaneously" twice in the last entry. It truly is an occasion.

Heh, I just got back from a very nice few days at home... good times, I tell you. :-)

-----

I went to go see the Family Values Tour in Chicago on Friday night with the roomies... it was really good. :-) Let's see here... Static-X started off the evening perfectly, they rock my world; Linkin Park surprised the shit out of me by putting on a really solid, kick ass show; Staind sucked... but I am biased, since I really hate them anyways; and as for Stone Temple Pilots... they were *fabulous*! I was a little bit pissed that they didn't play "Sour Girl", the only song that I just *had* to hear... they played the opening riffs but didn't finish it! I wanted to kick someone! (preferably the loud jerks two rows behind us...) Otherwise, they were wonderful, and well worth the wait. All hail my third favorite band ever. :-)

The highlight of the evening? Wellllll, let me TELL you!!!

Scott Weiland gradually stripped down to his pants through STP's set, and at the end he put his back to the audience and took his pants off. I GOT TO SEE SCOTT WEILAND'S BARE ASS!!! Then he wrapped himself in an American flag and went about his merry way... after the encore, he was headed off the stage when one of the Pilots came up behind him and yanked the flag off him. I would definitely like to think that I caught a glimpse of Scott's junk before his hands went down to cover himself... I was like, damn!!! Scott Weiland is ass naked, except for a pair of elbow-length black gloves, and right in front of me!!! I was in *heaven*. :-D

Now, if only the arena wouldn't have been so hard to find... oh well. We found it eventually... and Amy felt the need to relieve her frustration on the car full of guys in the parking lot that were treated to the sight of her breasts after the concert. :-) What great roomies I have... I love them!

Oh yeah, and Amber, I'm sorry that the ugly drunk bitch spilled beer on you... twice!!! :-)

-----

I took the train home on the sly Saturday morning after 5 hours of sleep... but I wasn't home, per se. I deny all knowledge of being outside the South Bend city limits this weekend. :-)

Ah, yes. I came home just to go to the Dropkick Murphys concert with Karla, who was also not home. ;-) They were fantastic!!! Tiger Army opened, and although I had never heard of them, they were awesome. I must get some more info on them. Sick Of It All was next, and they kicked some serious ASS!!! Totally hardcore, I *loved* it!!! They are my new favorite band of the moment.

As for the Murphys... they exceeded all expectations that I had of seeing them live. I've seen them twice on Warped Tour, but it was my first time of seeing them on tour by themselves. All I can say is... *wow*. They are even better playing live in such a small venue like Clutch Cargo's. I was totally blown away... I used to be a casual fan, now I am now a complete Dropkick junkie!!! :-) In one of these upcoming summers, I am going to follow them around on tour... they are *that* good. Anyone who has never heard their music... go check them out!!! Same thing with Sick Of it All!!! God *damn*, this show totally reminded me why I love hardcore punk so much... and I couldn't hear for several hours afterwards, so that only made it all the better. ;-)

-----

Speaking of, I had a good long talk with Karla on the way to Pontiac... girl, I love you to death, you got a true friend and a devoted concert buddy down in the Bend. ;-) See you soon!

-----

I had lunch today with Josh and his housemate Steph... it was lots of fun, although I don't think Josh is very adept at handling verbal assaults from two relentless women at once. ;-)

What else... oh yes! On the train ride back to the Bend today, I sat with this very cute boy named James... he was quite the interesting person. The train ride definitely passed by *much* quicker with all the fun conversation that was going on... he's from Rochester, goes to Western, and he is invited to my 19th birthday celebration in December. :-) I actually just got done talking to him on AIM not too long ago... he is so sweet! But it just goes to show you, though... the cutest boys are always gay.

Other aspects of my weekend were great as well... but that's for me and someone special to know and you not to. ;-)

-----

I decided that I am going to edit all unnecessary references to my real name out of this diary. Sure, a good percentage of people who read this know me in real life, but a lot of people don't. Therefore, I am going to edit out my name... just because I feel like it, and because I address myself to you all as Piper anyways. But you know who I am... so don't worry about anything. :-)

-----

Reminiscent quote of the day: "Don't you regenderize me!!!" --me

Ha. Take THAT, evil Yahoo Games playing bitch.

-----

I am listening to "Little Things" by Bush... my favorite song of theirs... old school Bush is the best, I more or less hate everything after Razorblade Suitcase.

Well, I am out of here now. Time to have a cigarette with Amy, unpack, and go to sleep. Chao, darlings, don't forget to check under your bed before you go to sleep... ;-)
