Greetings and salutations.....
Jeez. I'm updating this a lot less since I'm home now. Granted, I do much less here than at SMC, but I also sleep in hardcore here since I have no 9 am classes. (Instead, I have a useless 6:30-10 pm class on Wednesday nights at Madonna that leaves me lethargic and fidgeting.)
So... I better fucking get a job soon, because I have nowhere near enough money to pay for my concert tickets this summer. This is my possible concert schedule for the summer- check it:
--5/18, Downtown Hoedown. (to see Sawyer Brown!!! OK, this one is free, but I am so excited to see Sawyer Brown that I had to put it on here.)
--6/23, Depeche Mode.
--6/29, The Monkees. (This will be my second time seeing them.)
--6/30, N'Sync. (I was bribed, I swear.)
--7/1, Mary-Chapin Carpenter.
--7/12, Tom Petty.
--7/15 and 7/16, Bon Jovi. (I haven't decided which day that I'm going, but I will not miss them again!!!)
--7/18, Brooks and Dunn.
--7/22, Randy Travis.
--7/24, Area One Festival. (MOBYMOBYMOBYMOBYMOBY!!!)
--7/25, Rod Stewart. (I hope seeing Rod in concert justifies me leaving my Wednesday night class an hour or two early.)
--8/9, Reba McEntire and Martina McBride.
--8/12, Warped Tour.
13 concerts total. One concert is free. I have tickets for two concerts already. That leaves 10 concerts that I still have to get tickets for.
I probably won't be able to go to all of these, but I will make concessions here and there. The Hoedown, N'Sync, and Warped Tour are taken care of. The Monkees, Area One, Depeche Mode, and Reba/Martina are definites. If I can get out of class early, so is Rod.
Jeez, I need money.
