I am feeling...
"I am Jack's exploding kidney."
Greetings and salutations.....
OK, I'm back. My toe is not broken, but it is fractured and quite multi-colored with contusions. Oh well. How did it happen? Well, Bryan dropped a sheet of plywood on my foot. On accident, of course. All the cast (in theory) and crew were disassembling the stage, and Bryan and I were with a few other people hauling another load of plywood downstairs. And I was standing too close to the cart when he dragged the last piece off onto the floor. It's alright, though... I'm starting to be able to walk normally again, and since my toe is turning from six shades of purple to seventy-nine shades of purple, pink, scarlet, black, blue, and yellow... it means it's healing. ;)
One last note on our Gypsy antics... Angela and I decided before our last performance that Canada is now a part of Michigan. It shall be called... Michicanada. After all, Michigan is the lost province of Canada, and Detroit is the *real* capital of Canada. ;) Also, since neither one of us can discern where Indiana ends and Ohio begins (since they are essentially the same state), Angela came up with the name of our new Midwestern state- Indihio. (Also known as Ohiana... whichever you prefer).
Let's see here. I took the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test today to be eligible for a ROTC scholarship. Too bad I decided not to go in front of the scholarship board until spring semester next year. I just thought I'd get the test out of the way now, and if I totally sucked on it, I'll retake it before I go in front of the board.
I've got a few papers and stuff to do today... ugh. I better do them now while I've got motivation. Wait a minute... shit. It's gone.
8 more days till I go home.
