I am feeling... The current mood of froot_loops_killer@yahoo.com at www.imood.com

""If heaven ain't a lot like Detroit, I don't want to go...""

Greetings and salutations.....

So here I am, sitting here at 3:24 am, updating this damn thing. Am I tired? Yes. Should I be sleeping? Probably. Do I have to get up early tomorrow to do something that goes *way* beyond important? Oh yeah.

Tomorrow at 11 am, I am sitting in on an Air Force ROTC class at Notre Dame. After that, Captain Klubeck and I are gonna go over some stuff for next year. Good Lord, I cannot wait to start... :)

Leah and I decided to take a midnight trip to the Grotto tonight. I bladed, she ran... it was good times. She also made sure I did not fall blading across State Route 933... they ripped up all the pavement and it was rather uneven.

I'm hoping that this weekend will be quite fun... check this: Thursday- get home around 6-7, go see my friends, wish Emily a happy birthday! Friday- Mass with the family, and then who knows what. Saturday- possibly going to see Pollock with Doug, and then ROYAL OAK!!! :D Sunday- Mass with the family (duh, my mother is a militant Catholic fanatic, remember?), dinner with the family. Monday- come back to SMC. I'd also love to get a bit of job-searching in before I move back in May.

My new guilty pleasure- "Heaven" by Uncle Kracker. Jeez... what is with me and my thing for him?!?! I just love this song beyond words because... well... I'm a Detroiter. ;) Just listen to it... you'll know what I mean. And may I just say, I totally agree with him.

I'm trying to gradually move everything out of my dorm room... between now and the last day of finals, I have an opportunity every weekend to move more shit home. Easter weekend, two military weekends, my sister coming up to drive us to Purdue for Grand Prix, you name it. I'm definitely not in any hurry to get out of here, but I don't feel like getting storage down here. It's going to be weird as hell going back home for summer, with the whole "familiar stranger" thing going on... plus, I'm going to miss all my SMC Chicks with a passion. :(

Well, I've said my piece, and that's it for now- time to go to sleep. Have a nice night, everyone.
